If weather impacts the Southwest Airlines® system, our goal is to effectively communicate any impacts to the operation in a timely manner. Customers can visit swacargo.com® at any time and if a weather advisory is live, it will be posted in the "Alert" section in the middle of the home page. This Alert will link directly to the city specific information pages hosted on southwest.com®.
Please contact your local Cargo facility or a Cargo Customer Care Representative for city specific information related to Cargo Facility adjustments to the hours of operations, Cargo Facility closures, or restrictions to routing or service levels.
